Steps

01. Wash your hair and blow-dry.
02. Turn on your curling iron and while its heating up, brush out your hair to remove any knots.
03. Apply heat protectant spray.
04. Once your curling iron is heated, take a strand about 1" wide and bring your curler to the bottom of the strand. Close the clamp (if your curler has one) and turn it inward until you reach about three fingers from the roots. Turn the curling iron vertical so it is up-and-down, not sideways.
05. Wait for about 45 seconds then slowly release (to release it, open up the clamp a little) and twirl the strand around your fingers for an extra curl. Spray the curl with hairspray.
06. Do steps 4&5 for your whole head.
07. Take all your hair, be careful with the curls, and tie into a bun in the back of your head. Let a few strands fall loose towards your face. 08. If you have bangs, clamp down on the bottom, and twirl inward until the top, and angle the curling iron for which way its supposed to go. Slowly release it, and position it where you want it. Take your bangs, and clip the end to your hair, but let the bangs fall forward. If you are confused, look at the picture. Hairspray your bangs.
09. Once you are all done curling, spray once more with little hairspray to secure it.
